| 摘 要： | 中国之所以成为一个多民族统一国家,除了经济、文化方面的原因,法政制度构造方面的"大一统"设计、思想源流方面"天下"观与"华夷之辨"之间的张力也是重要原因。在古典中国政治哲学的"天下体系"构想中,中原王朝与边疆政权,均为天下体系的有机组成部分;而华夷之辨实际上具有相对性。天下体系中对统治者唯一性的强调、对"中"意识的强调,使得无论是汉族还是少数民族出身的政治精英,都以统一天下为己任,视割据为乱象、视统一为正统,并采取了一系列具体的政治举措来巩固这个统一的多民族国家。

| Abstract: | China becomes a unified muti-ethnic country thanks to the political design of “great unity”,the view of an integral world,harmonous relationship between Han and ethnic minorities as well as economic and cultural reasons. In ancient Chinese political thought of “world system”,the central dynasties and the border countries were all integral parts of the world;the distinction between Han and ethnic minorities was relative. Political elites of all nationalities shared the same idea of “great unity”and went all out to fulfill this objective. |
