| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,技术创新越来越成为影响区域经济增长的重要因素,这在发达国家显得尤为明显,因此有必要进一步研究哪些因素影响区域技术创新。为此,该文采用了泛海峡西岸经济区四省1998-2009的面板数据,研究影响该区域的技术创新的因素。研究结论如下:前期知识存量、专利的保护制度、研究人员素质对该地区技术创新有重大影响。
