| 摘 要： | 兵地交错带是一个较为特殊的地带。由于行政体制分割,导致当地资源纠纷严重,多领域缺乏合作共享,严重制约当地经济的发展。因此,淡化界限,形成合力,走资源共享、优势互补、融合发展的"双赢"发展道路,有助于当地经济、社会、生态的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | XPCC-local place area in transitional zone is a more specific area.Due to administrative fragmentation,serious disputes over local resources,lack of cooperation and sharing in various fields,serious constraints to local economic development rescclt.Therefore,the desalination boundaries form a cohesive force and take sharing of resources,complementary advantages and integration of the development of win-win development path,contribute to local economic,social and ecological sustainable development. |
