| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO和国家统一司法考试制度的确立 ,对中国法学教育发展的影响是深远的。该文从改革开放以来中国法学教育发展经历的三个阶段为切入点 ,以社会主义市场经济的基本要素 :市场、主体、规则作为基本观点 ,从另一个视角分析了中国法学教育发展与改革的若干问题 ,提出了建立和完善法学教育、法律职业教育、国家统一司法考试和法律职业培训等互相联系、相互区别的良性互动体制的新思路。

| Abstract: | It has exerted a profound effect in the development of China's law education with China's WTO entry and the national unified judicial examination system. The paper falls into three parts: the beginning of the third wave of law education development; the basic factors of socialist market economy: market, leading body, and regulations; some considerations about the present development and reform of law education. The viewpoint is new and helpful in perfecting law education, professional law education and unified education and professional training. |
