| 摘 要： | 廉政观是《淮南子》政治思想的重要内涵,内在体现出君廉、吏廉与民廉的三重理论维度,深刻反映出黄老道家"清静无为,政反于朴"的根本主张。以"君廉"为核心内涵,《淮南子》廉政观试图以"清净无为"思想影响与制约专制君主的政治实践;以"吏廉"为重要组成,《淮南子》廉政观树立政治典型,力图有效推动官僚政治走向良性发展;以"民廉"为社会基石,《淮南子》期待王朝政治实现内在的整体和谐,在良政与美俗的现实互动中达到"通治之至"的理想状态。

| Abstract: | Huainanzi contains the rich thought of anti-corruption and constructing a clean government. Based on the thought of ＂Huang Lao＂ Taoist, Huainanzi thought and discussed three kinds of the thoughts about anti-corruption and constructing a clean government.the integrity of monarch, the integ- rity of bureaucrat,the integrity of people. In Huainanzi integrity thought,the integrity of monarch is the core content and the integrity of bureaucrat is the important content and the integrity of people is the fundamental basis of society. Huainanzi expects that Han dynasty can steadily and prosperously develop in the long time on the basis of anti-corruption and constructing a clean government. |
