延安时期马克思主义法制观中国化探析

Research on Sinicization of Marxism Concepts of Law in Yan＇an Period

In Yan＇an period when CPC administered governance in Yan＇an,CPC preliminarily realized the sinici- zation of Marxism concepts of law through practice and cultural sublation. At practical level, the guiding position of Maozedong Thoughts was established to provide a fundamental guarantee. The legal construction in the local anti-Japan governments began to take shape, which was the core contents of the sinicization of Marxism concepts of law. Based on the legal practice in anti-Japan bases, the essential requirements of the sinicization of Marxism concepts of law were highlighted. The sinicization of Marxism concepts of law should work for the great cause of anti-Japan war, which enhanced the important mission of sinicization of Marxism concepts of law.
