| 摘 要： | 该文从我国农村目前面临的主要问题出发,指出“三农”问题的核心在于农民问题。发展农村经济,必须以农村大量劳动力转移出农业为前提,而要实现这一目标,就必须加快农村工业化和城镇化的进程,坚持工业化和城镇化的良性互动。

| Abstract: | The article studies the current main problem China's rural areas are facing with and points out its core is "the three farmer-related problems".To develop the rural economy,it is vital to transfer most of the labor forces in China's rural areas to cities.The goal would be achieved by speeding up urbanization and industrialization.The article suggests we should persist in the benign interaction of urbanization and industrialization. |
