| 摘 要： | 贫困问题一直困扰着新疆兵团边境农场社会经济的发展。该文对兵团边境贫困农场的现状进行了系统分析,对国家近年来对兵团边境贫困农场的投入情况和兵团边境贫困农场扶贫成绩作了客观评价,进而对边境贫困农场扶贫工作提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | The social and economy development of BINGTUAN'S border farms has been perplexed by the poverty problem all the time.This article gives a systematic analysis on the current situation of the BINGTUAN' s border poor farms,makes anobjective appraisal on the invest of the country and anti-poverty achievement during the recent years,then puts forward some suggestions about anti-poverty project for the border poor farms. |
