| 摘 要： | 新疆境内自然保护区的旅游资源极为丰富。为了有效利用其现有资源 ,发展新疆旅游业 ,该文提出了要辩证处理旅游资源和旅游业的关系 ,应当适度开发 ;严格控制旅游容量和旅游范围 ;严格立法和执法 ;强调湿地的保护 ;积极开展生态旅游从而实现旅游业与生态环境保护的双受益等有关措施

| Abstract: | The resources of tourism is very abundant in the nature sanctuary of Xinjiang Autonomous Region .In order to make use of the resources effectively and develop tourist business of Xinjiang , the paper holds that we have to deal with the dialectical relationship of the resources of tourism and tourist business,and points out some relative measures.We should control tourism capacity and range strictly ; legislate and carry out strictly; lay emphasis on protecting the wet land ; develop ecological tourism actively, realize both the income of the tourist business and the protection of ecological environment. |
