摘    要:孟子提出“惟大人为能格君心之非”,董仲舒则“屈君而伸天”,以“阴阳灾异”来格(正)“君心之非”。程朱理学在哲学上比汉唐儒学有重大的发展,但在政治哲学上却鲜有突破,大致是伸张孟子的政治思想,甚至可以说未离董仲舒“阴阳灾异”思想的窠臼。儒家虽然肯定君主制度,但其与君权之间亦有着一种内在的紧张。从民本进至民主, 符合中国文化实现近现代转型的内在逻辑。

Abstract:Mencius said that it is only the great man who can rectify what is wrong in the sovereign's mind While Dong Zhongshu insisted on wrong sovereign but justify the heaven and rectifying what is wrong in the sovereign's mind by enlarging the threats of disasters deriving from Yin and Yang. Though is the important development to Han and Tang dynasties, CHENG Yi and ZHU Xi's Idealist Neo-Confucianism got almost no development in political philosophy, but only advocated the political idea of Mencius, without exceeding the Dong Zhongshu's thought of disasters deriving from Yin and Yang. Although Confucian claims the monarchy, there is an inward confliction between it and the regality.
