| 摘 要： | 人民民主是社会主义的生命。人民民主不是无意义的词义反复,而是具有深厚的价值底蕴。强调社会主义民主的人民性,就是要划清人民民主与金钱民主、精英政治的界限。人民民主是社会主义的本质属性,中国民主建设中必须高扬人民民主的旗帜。
