从职业城市化到人的城市化——我国农民工城市社会融入研究阶段和问题综述

我国农民工形成和发展可划分成职业城市化、地域城市化、身份城市化和人的城市化四个历史阶段,而人的城市化即城市社会融入问题是最终需要解决的问题。通过从国内和国外两个理论层面,对社会融入以及我国农民工群体的城市社会融入问题研究背景、理论命题以及研究趋势进行梳理,发现不同理论视角研究的优势和存在的问题,以及在研究对象、方法上在该领域研究发展的趋势。

From Professional-urbanization to Human-urbanization——Research on the Problems of Urban Social Integration of Migrant-workers

The formation and development of migrant workers can be divided into four historical periods,namely,professional urbanization,regional urbanization,identity urbanization and human urbanization,while human urbanization is the issue need to be resolved in the end.Through the theory home and abroad,this article reviewed the research background,theoretical propositions and research trends of social integration and social integration of migrant workers,and analyzed the advantages and problems of different theoretical perspectives.Finally,this paper forecast the trends in study on the subject and methodology in this field.
