| 摘 要： | 本文主要从语言、信息、制度之间的相互关系,探讨了提高制度运行效率的语言转向问题。分析了语言制度在社会分工中的元制度性,语言制度的变迁动力以及对信息负面影响。进一步分析了语言元制度对制度效率的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper explores, based on the interrelationship between language, information and system, the problem related to language turning in order to improve the institutional efficiency. Besides, it analyses the primary institution of language in the institution of social division, transformation power of the language institution and the negative effect of information. Finally, this paper analyses further the influence of the primary institution on institutional efficiency. |
