博士招生的制度意义和社会反思

考试制度给人们以公平正义的理念,但目前我国博士招生中所存在的一些问题引起了人们的质疑与思考。博士招生究竟应如何定位,如何能真正达到社会公众所期待的“实体公正”与“程序公正”?这是当前要解决的关键问题。本文从博士培养的目标入手,考究传统招生中的笔试与面试之弊端,提出在有机结合笔试和面试的同时应采取有效措施防止弊端发生,以增进博士选拔制度的公信力。

The Institutional Value and Social Introspection on the Enrolment of PhD Students

The examination system provides us with the sense of justice,but currently,in the enrolment of PhD students,there exist some problems that attract our consideration.How should the enrolment system be "fair and square" as expected by the public? This is a key problem to solve.The present paper tries to investigate the malpractice of the oral and written examination in the traditional practice,and to put forward some advice to combine the written test with the oral one organically so as to enhance the fairness of the examination in the society.
