教育管理范式的历史发展与趋势

摘    要:教育管理范式是教育管理的一种理论模型和实践范例,是从教育管理理论到实践的一套系统的整合机制和样式。教育管理范式的历史发展经历了教育管理科学范式、人本范式和多元范式,其发展趋势是走向整合与对话。这种整合与对话的新趋势、新状态与新特征蕴涵着一种新形态的教育管理范式,即"教育管理对话范式",由此形成的教育管理范式新概念即"对话教育管理"。这是一种新的范式理解方式和存在方式,体现和顺应了教育管理范式发展的内在逻辑与规律。

Abstract:The educational management paradigm is a kind of theoretical model and practical example of ed-ucational management which is a system of integrate mechanism and style that comes from educational manage-ment theory to practice.The historical development of educational management paradigm has experienced scien-tific,humanistic and diversified paradigm of educational management.Its developing trend is moving towards in-tegration and dialogue.This new trend,new situation and new feature of integration and dialogue imply a new educational management paradigm which can be called“dialogue paradigm of educational management”,and the new concept of educational management paradigm formed in this way can be defined “dialogic educational man-agement”.It is a new understanding method and existing mode to paradigm,which embodies and conforms to the inherent logic and trend of the development of educational management paradigm.
