| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义民主政治实践的推进,人民当家作主的理论研究必须突破抽象化、形式化的＂藩篱＂而转向具体化。理论学者必须结合当代社会主义民主法治建设的具体实践来重新解读人民当家作主理论。人民当家作主概念的具体化、价值的具体化及实现的具体化是该转向的三个重要维度。

| Abstract: | With the development of the practice of socialist democracy,the theory of People Being the Masters must be converted from being Abstract and formal to being concrete.Theorists should reinterpret the theory with the practice of socialist democracy and the rule of law.The concretization of the concept,the value and the accomplishment of People Being the Masters are three important dimensions for this conversion. |
