《企业国有资产法》实施中的制度衔接

《企业国有资产法》的实施，离不开《物权法》、《公司法》的配套与协调。《物权法》、《公司法》为物权保护和公司治理提供了一般意义上的法律保护模式，《企业国有资产法》则是上述两法的拓展和延续，或者说是以企业国有资产保护为中心的一种拓展和延续，从企业国有资产的物权保护和公司治理两个方面，提供了相对特殊的保护措施，所以该法承担着与前述两法有效衔接的责任。

The implementation of The State-Owned Assets Law needs the supports from The Property Law and The Company Law. The latter two documents provide a legal pattern to protect the property and manage the company. The State-Owned Assets Law is the extension and development of the two legal documents, or a sort of development and extension that takes protecting the state property in the company as the center. It provides quite special and protective measures in two aspects： the protection of national property and the management in the company. Therefore, it can be regarded as a means to link up the two previously mentioned legal documents.
