一国两制下内地与澳门法律文化的融合

一国两制在澳门实施十年来,内地与澳门在法律文化方面交流与融合呈现出剔除殖民主义色彩、融合步伐加快等特点。澳门与内地具有共同的民族历史文化背景,同沐民族认同意识,共享儒家伦理光芒,理论上都属于大陆法系国家和地区,全球化与区域化潮流等都为内地与澳门法律文化交流与融合提供了基础与条件。判例制度、审计监督与法律渊源规范化、法律教育普及与法律双语化可以成为今后交流与融合的契机与切入点。

A Harmonious Blend of Law Culture between Macao and the Mainland of China under the Strategy of "One Country with Two Systems"

Since the strategy of ＂one country,two systems＂ began to be carried out in Macao ten years ago,the exchange and merging in law culture between Macao and the mainland of China have produced a number of results such as the terminating of colonialism and speeding up the steps for merging.Macao and the mainland have the common background of ethnic history and culture,share the similar ethnic ideology,accept Confucian views and ethics,and theoretically,follow the continental laws.Now,the globalization and regionalization have established the foundation and conditions for exchange and merging in law culture between Macao and the mainland.Things such as legal precedent system,auditing supervision,legal regularization,the popularity of legal education,and legal bilingualism can become the starting points for exchange and merging between the two sides.
