| Abstract: | It is an institutional measure to enforce the corporate to carry out its social responsibility by establishing corporate social responsibility system according to law. Such a system is undoubtedly effective to supervise, to a certain extent, the corporate to carry out its responsibility and helpful to set up social responsibility system in the corporate law. |
