控拜村传统民居景观保护的问题与对策研究

控拜传统民居景观价值特征体现了苗族地域文化特色的物化标志、苗族山地生存智慧以及苗族文化传承的文化空间。通过调查分析，控拜传统民居景观保护存在四个方面的问题，即水、电设施功能低，使传统民居受到火灾威胁严重；排水与卫生设施缺乏，使传统民居景观吸引力下降；传统民居舒适性低，不能满足村民日益增长的物质生活需求；多样性的文化变迁，导致传统民居景观保护受到外来文化的威胁。针对面临的问题提出对策，对村赛文化遗产保护具有积极的意义。

A Study of How to Protect Kongbai Traditional Folk House Landscape and How to Work out Countermeasures for That

The feature of the value of the Kongbai traditional folk house landscape is a physical symbol of geographical and cultural characteristics of the Miao people, of their survival intelligence in the mountainous areas, and of the space to inherit their culture. Based on an investigation, there are four disadvantages related to the protection of Kongbai traditional folk house landscape： lack of water supply and electricity facilities, which makes traditional houses under fire threat; lack of drainage and sanitation facilities, which makes the landscape less attractive ; the uncomfortable living environment, which cannot meet the growing needs of material life ; and the diversity of cultural changes, which results in the external threats to traditional folk houses and cultural landscape protection. Facing these problems, the present paper puts forward some possible solutions to traditional folk house landscape protection and provides evidences for people to make scientific decisions.
