| 摘 要： | 中国已成为世界农产品贸易大国。在农产品入世十年(2001-2010年)中,由于成功地运用了两个市场,两种资源的互补性发展格局,带来了农产品贸易额不断增长的可喜局面,但另一方面,由于对外依存度越来越大,农产品国际竞争力整体不强等原因,中国农产品的未来发展仍面临种种问题,因而,制定相应政策目标和政策优化显得极为重要。

| Abstract: | China has been an important country of agricultural products trade in the world. During the ten years （2001 - 2010） after China has been accepted as a member of WTO, it has increased its international trade in agricultural products again and again, thanks to the two markets （domestic market and overseas market） that it has successfully operated, and the two resources （domestic resources and overseas resources） that it has developed complementarily. However, due to its everincreasing dependence on the outside world and the immature competitiveness of its agricultural products in the international market, the future development of China＇s agricultural products will be encountered with different problems. Therefore, it is of great importance for China to adjust or optimize its policies in this area. |
