贵阳高校大学生租房现象探析

随着高校后勤逐步走向社会化,大学生校外租房的现象引起人们关注。那么,作为具有选择权的主体——大学生,他们是怎样来看待校外租房呢?据对贵阳地区部分高校的大学生随机抽样调查(有效样本数:436人),结果反映大学生对此有不同的看法,赞同校外租房的为30%、不赞同的为20%,还有持中立态度的为50%,他们持不同的态度,而且都有自己的理由支撑。租房态度选择和评价的背后,反映了大学生宿舍生活中存在有关后勤管理的缺陷和有关思想政治工作缺位等问题,由此提出相应的对策建议,如关心学生的生活情况;改善学生宿舍的管理;加强学生道德、法律、心理等方面的引导,使大学生的学习和生活都能健康、安全地进行。

An Analysis of the Situation That University Students in Guiyang Live off Campus

The phenomenon that university students in Guiyang live off campus has drawn great attention whrn the university logistics are socialized.How do the students,who have the right to rent rooms,think about this issue? The result of the investigation based on random sampling of 436 students shows different views.30% of the students support it;20%of them oppose to it;and 50% of them take a neutral attitude towards it.They have reasons to support their views,which reveal the weaknesses in the work by logistics and ideology management in the universities.So suggestions are made with the hope that a healthy and safe study and life environment for the students can be guaranteed.For example,measures should be taken for the care of the students'life,the management of the dormitory,and the channel off the morality,law and mentality for the students,so that they can study and live healthily and safely in the university.
