| Abstract: | To enhance the bringing up of innovative talents is the fundamental task of the tertiary education in the new period. However, the realization of this target is a systematic program, which must integrate the development needs of the time, the future needs of the society and the real situation of the reform of higher education. It is very important to strengthen theoretical research, deepen educational reform, and optimize the social environment for the development of the innovative talents. |
