| 摘 要： | 旅游扶贫这一命题是旅游经济产业发展的必然。贵州民族地区旅游资源丰富且品位高 ,具有旅游开发的基础。本文分析了贵州民族地区旅游开发的基础和条件 ,阐述了旅游开发扶贫的功能。在此基础上 ,着重分析论述了贵州民族地区旅游开发扶贫应注意的问题及对策。

| Abstract: | The topic about the aid to the poor by tourism development is the unavoidable result from the development of the economy in tourism industry. The tourism resources in Guizhou ethnic minority area is rich and of high grade. It has the base for the development of tourism. The present article analyzes the basis and the conditions of the tourism development in Guizhou ethnic minority area, expounds the function of the tourism development and tries to help the poor become better off. With this idea as the core, it lays stress on the analysis and explanation of the problem and countermeasure in the process to aid the poor by developing tourism in Guizhou ethnic minority areas. |
