| Abstract: | With a retrospect of propaganda guideline in respect of newt since 1950s, this pa- per puts forward that the propaganda of education in the west in this new century should follow the Central Party Committee's policy. By putting creation in the first place, propaganda work in the west should go along the way to propagate education information. |
