摘    要:少数民族农民工就业竞争能力主要包括人力资本、社会资本、文化适应性和个体适应性等几个方面。少数民族农民工人力资本水平与汉族存在较大差距,是影响就业的首要因素。绝大多数少数民族农民工依靠社会资本获得就业机会,但社会资本存量水平较低。少数民族农民工的文化适应性、个体适应性与汉族有一定差异,今后在注重技能培训的同时应加强良好观念、行为的养成。

Abstract:The employment competition ability of the minority migrant workers refers mainly to human cap- ital, social capital, cultural adaptability and individual adaptability. There is a big gap between the human cap- ital level of the minority migrant workers and that of the Han people, which is the primary factor affecting their employment. The majority of the minority migrant workers rely on social capital for employment, but the level of social capital is lower. Furthermore, their cultural adaptability and individual adaptability presents a certain gap if compared to that of the Han. In the future, attention should be paid not only to skill training, but also to the development of their good conception and ~ood behavior.
