服务型政府视角下的行政道德建设

建设服务型政府，是全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求。在服务型政府建设过程中，一方面，必须充分认识行政道德建设的重要性，明确服务型政府行政道德的原则、目标、要求和保障；另一方面，必须结合实际，采取措施，从价值导向、教育培训、考核评价、监督制约、法制建设等方面，加强行政道德建设。
