| Abstract: | The Western views on human right lay emphasis on its innateness. This has caused great confusion on this issue. The essential viewpoints from Marxism to interpret human right are based on its economic foundation, relating about it conceptually, politically and super- structually. So long as it is separated from its economic foundation, human right can be "distorted for a certain purpose". In reality, our opponents at home and abroad have just taken advantages of the paradox of human rights to oppose socialism. |
