Loss of "Right of Domain Name" and the Protection of Trademark Right on Internet

The problem about the domain names is still under heated debate. Those who insist on opposite views to the "right of domain name" are very careful and small in number. The present paper sticks to the point that the "right of domain name" cannot solve the problem of trademark right on the internet, points out the malpractice in developing domain names on the Chinese internet and in protecting intellectual property, stresses that rational factors in international practice should be absorbed and put into our work, and tries to establish laws to monitor the development of domain name and trademark right in a cooperative way.
