Liu Chunlin,A Man with Integrity and Honesty

Liu Chunlin is a government official with prominent achievements in the late Qing Dynasty.He was in official position in Yunnan for 30 years.He started from a candidate magistrate,then was promoted to a vice governor.He was supported by the people in Yunnan for his great contributions to securing the frontiers and resisting the foreign aggressions.In order to maintain the sovereignty of the state,he never conceded in surveying the border between Yunnan and Vietnam,showing his great justice.He was knowledgeable in military affairs, and good at tactics.He revealed excellent talent in military affairs and politics by pacifying frequent border fights.In officialdom,he followed the principles of being upright officials,embodying the voice of a clear,upright and uncorrupted official.
