One of the features of foreign language teaching lies in the constant development of the teaching methodology. Ever since the beginning of the foreign language teaching practice, foreign language teaching meth-od has undergone gradual changes, transforming from the traditional methods to various modern ways. However, the foreign language teaching practice proves that no method is without fault. Therefore, foreign language teaching should not be confined to one particular method. It has advisable that we turned to different methods for help when facing with different tasks and contents. But to do that, we need to have a good understanding of the language and learning theories beneath these methods. In this way, we may be expected to improve our language teaching efficiency.
