国外团队成员协作与知识分享行为研究新进展

目前组织面临越来越多的挑战,为适应日益复杂的竞争环境,＂团队＂模式逐渐成为组织设计的主流,若要在快速变迁的环境中生存,组织必须持续创新。然而,创新需要以＂知识＂为基础,并通过知识分享创造出新的价值。但对于知识有高度需求而且必须具备专业知识的团队成员而言,知识就是其本身的竞争优势,因此他未必愿意与他人分享知识,因此组织如何引导团队成员分享知识,这已经成为现今组织管理的重要议题。因此本文以社会交换理论为基础,对大量文献深入分析,探讨团队成员关系与知识分享行为之间的关系,为组织管理者提供理论和管理实务上的指导建议,为组织适应变动快速的环境,增加企业竞争优势提供理论参考。

New Development on the Relationship among Team-member Relationship and Knowledge-Sharing Behavior

At present,Organizations face more and more challenges.Teams have gradually become the mainstream of organizational design in order to meet the increasingly complex dynamic environment.To the rapidly applying environment and surviving,organizations must continue to innovate.However,innovation is based on knowledge.It needs to depend on knowledge sharing to create new value.To organizational personnel,who own high demand for knowledge and mastery technique,knowledge is the most important competitive edge for them,so they may not share knowledge with others.How organizations guide members to share knowledge has become an important topic in the fields of organization and management nowadays.Therefore,the study is based on Social Exchange Theory,through extensive literature review to explore on the Relationship among Team-member Relationship and Knowledge-Sharing Behavior and Team Innovation Performance.Finally,this study presents advice as theoretical and practical guidance.It provides a theoretical reference,which guides the organization to adapt to the rapid changes in the environment,and increases competitive advantage.
