| 摘 要： | 2013年9月习近平总书记提出了区域经济合作的创新模式——"新丝绸之路经济带"的战略构想,引发各方的高度关注。而西南丝绸之路,是中国对外经济文化交流的一条重要通道。贵州在此条通道中处于重要战略地位,是主要组成部分之一。自2013年12月起,国家发改委正式就"丝绸之路经济带"启动调研,贵州应积极整合资源,借国家大力推进"西南新丝绸之路经济带"建设的战略契机,打造国内主要、国际闻名的长大交通经济带。

| Abstract: | Xi Jinping, general secretary of CPC, put forward the new pattern of regional economic coopera- tion in September, 2013 a strategic conception of the ＂Economic belt of the new silk road＂, which has drawn close attention. The Silk road in the southwest of China is an important channel for China to carry out economic and cultural exchanges with other countries. Guizhou is located on an important strategic position on the road, and is one of the main components. Since December 2013, the National Development and Reform Commission formally started an investigation of the ＂Economic belt of the silk road＂. Guizhou should actively integrate resources, and create the domestically - important and internationally - famous long traffic economic belt with the strategic opportunity to push forward vigorously by the state government the construction of the ＂Economic belt of the new silk road in the southwest of China＂. |
