| 摘 要： | “西电东送”是西部大开发的标志性工程，贵州在“十五”和“十一五”期间紧紧抓住了“西电东送”战略机遇，使电力产业成为该省的第一支柱产业，推动贵州省经济发展正在实现历史性跨越。本文从能源效应、经济效应、环境效应、社会效应四个方面对贵州“西电东送”战略工程进行了初步的绩效预测。

| Abstract: | ＂ West-to-East Power Transmission＂ features the western development project. The Guizhou People＇s Government firmly grasps the strategic opportunity of ＂West-to-East Power Transmission＂ during the ＂Tenth Five-Year＂ and ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ period, so that its power industry has become the primary pillar industry of the province, and promoted a historic leap of the economic achievement in Guizhou. This paper will take the initial performance prediction of the implementation of Guizhou＇s ＂ West-to-East Power Transmission＂ from the four aspects, namely, energy efficiency, economic effects, environmental effects and social effects. |
