| 摘 要： | 当前对“以德治国”的理解存在着一些认识上的错误。“以德治国”根本不同于传统儒家的“德治” ,“以德治国”与“依法治国”结合于社会主义法治国家 ,是社会主义法治的内在要求 ,“以德治国”的落实主要在于制度道德的建设 ,而不仅仅限于公民个体道德的培育。

| Abstract: | There exists a misconception of "running a country by virtue", which differs drastically from the Confucianist doctrine of "rule of virtue". "Running a country by virtue" is integrated with "rule by law" to be a part of socialist system, with the former focusing on the moral construction of the social system rather than the cultivation of the individual moral behavior. |
