| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展 ,媒介引导舆论的职能日益重要。议程设置作为一种已为实践所证明的理论假说 ,对媒介搞好舆论引导有着很强的指导作用。当前 ,从议程设置理论来看 ,我国舆论引导工作还存在着诸多不足。分析这些不足 ,并找出相应的对策 ,将有助于媒介提高宣传效果 ,从而更加有效的引导舆论。

| Abstract: | With the development of our society, the function of mass media in guiding public opinion has been becoming more and more important. The theory of agenda arrangement, proved to be of practical vlaue with regards to the work of mass media, plays its role in guiding public opinion. However, judging by this theory, there still exist some deficiencies in the guidance of public opinion. We should analyze these deficiencies and adopt proper measures to heighten the effect of propaganda and improve the guidance work. |
