锰、镍、铬对藻类生长影响的初步研究

摘    要:本文用锰、镍、铬三种重金属各以不同的浓度加入培养液中,通过观察其中的藻类生长情况,测定它们对两种常见藻类的毒性。锰在0-16ppm时对小球藻和栅藻的生长有促进作用。镍和铬对藻类的生长有明显的抑制作用,比较两者的抑制,可得出铬>镍。以锰和镍混合加入培养液,观察两种元素的联合作用,发现锰可使镍的毒性大大减轻。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of Mn, Cr and Ni on the growth of two species of algae-Chlorella vulgaris and Scenedesmus obli-quus were studied in detail. It is found that Cr and Ni have obvious inhibitory effects on the growth of the two species of algae. The inhibitory sequence is Cr > Ni. When the concentrations of Mn is between 0-16ppm, it can promote the growth of the two species of algae. The dual effects of Mn and Ni were also investigated. It is found that Mn can reduce the inhibitory level of Ni.
