论生态文明观

时代的发展是在对以往发展模式不断扬弃的基础上进行的，迄今为止的人类发展史经历了从采猎文明、农耕文明、工业文明和后工业文明大体四个大的发展阶段。本文试图在对工业文明进行反思的基础上，探讨新的时代背景下后工业文明时代所需要确立的新的发展观。这种发展观就是可持续发展观念，而生态文明观则是可持续发展的价值和伦理基础。本文认为，只有建立生态文明观，才能实现人类社会的永续发展。

On the View of Eco-Civilization

A series of problems,such as resources, environment,population,are surrounding and threatening the existence and development of mankind in the world. It is a point issue how to extricate from the difficult situation, ensure the sustenance of human beings,nature and society and establish the eco-civilization at the cross of the century. Facing the historical transition of the civilization in the world, China, a developing country, striving towards modernizations, needs to seize the opportunity,take the way of sustainable development and the view of eco-civilization,so as to step successfully into the new eco-civilization rea.
