| 摘 要： | 在犯罪论研究中,存在着概念、结构和学说的非对应性比较问题,其根本原因是缺乏理论比较的"平台"意识.确立理论比较的"平台"意识,有助于认识理论的差异性,使理论的借鉴更可行,有利于保持理论体系的内部统一.要构建"平台"意识,需要确立观念上的平等"平台",功能上的对等"平台",理论的层次"平台".

| Abstract: | There are incorresponding comparison in concept,construction and theories in criminal theories.The main reason is the lack of comprehension of "platform" in theoretical comparison.Comprehension of "platform"will be helpful in understanding the differences of theories,and viable in use of reference theories,and helpful in keeping unify in one theoretical system.It is necessary to establish the platform of equality in ideas,establish the platform of correspondence in function,and set up the platform of different levels in theories. |
