| Abstract: | In order to break through the impediment to the construction funds of small and medium cities in China, to promote comprehensive competition strength and to develop continuously, soundly and rapidly,we must set up a new concept of managing our cities in conformity and adopt the strategies of chain reaction,superiority drive and opening up cities in cooperation. We must also bring the characteristics of small and medium cities into full play and develop characteristically by fixing position scientifically,exploring superiority and selecting the break through point. |
