略论毛泽东、邓小平民族理论的共同性

毛泽东、邓小平民族理论在对民族问题的重要性、坚持民族平等、坚持民族团结、实行民族区域自治、帮助少数民族发展经济文化、大力培养少数民族干部等方面的认识上,具有许多共同之处。毛泽东和邓小平的民族理论之所以会有共性,主要有如下几方面原因:一是毛泽东和邓小平的民族理论都是对马克思列宁主义民族理论的继承和发展,同属于一个思想体系;二是他们的民族理论都坚持从实际出发、实事求是的思想路线;三是他们都有解决中国民族问题的强烈使命感;四是他们所面临的诸如历史上遗留下来的民族之间的事实上的不平等、大汉族主义等问题基本相同;五是他们所接受的中国传统文化基本相同;六是少数民族要求民族平等、共同繁荣、民族区域自治、提高教育文化水平的愿望相同。当然,毛泽东、邓小平作为我们党的第一代、第二代领导集体的核心,由于他们所处时代以及党和国家工作重心的不同,加之他们个人经历的差异,其民族理论也有一些差异。
