山东与上海、深圳利用外商直接投资比较研究

改革开放20年来,我国的外商直接投资得到了迅猛的发展,其主要分布在我国东南部地区,又以上海和深圳为龙头,带动了这一区域的整体发展.但各地区又有不同的特点和状况,分析山东利用外商直接投资在规模、行业和来源方面与上海、深圳的差距,可以看出投资政策、区位优势、人才条件等方面是三地吸引外商直接投资的重要因素,山东应从所缺乏的政策、区位和人才上寻找对策,利用已开发和待开发的资源优势,加大对软、硬投资环境的建设和人才培养,以继续扩大利用外商直接投资的规模和水平.

Comparative Studies of Foreign Direct Investment Utilization in Shangdong, Shanghai and Shenzhen

The paper analyzes the foreign direct investment in Shandong Province and compar es its scale with that in Shanghai and Shenzhen. By the comparison, the pape r points out that policies, regional advantages and disadvantages in personnel a re important factors in inviting foreign investment. So Shandong Province should improve its work in the above aspects so that it will be able to invite more fo reign investments.
