| 摘 要： | 在高新技术武装文化产业成为了一种发展趋势的当下,加速信息技术与文化遗产产业开发的实现,成为了文化产业发展的突破口。娄底文化遗产数字化技术构建和开发不仅传播和强化了娄底文化品牌,而且繁荣了国家文化,是一项经济利益和社会价值都很凸显的可行性路径,更是现代科技成果与文化联姻实现落地转化的重要路径。

| Abstract: | In the tendency of which high and new teachnology arms cultural industry,a breakthrough in the development of cultural industry is to accelerate the industrial development of information technology,and cultural heritage.The digital construction and development of Loudi cultural heritage not only spread and strengthen Loudi cultural brand,but also flourish the national culture,which is feasible for economic interest and social values,more importantly,is an important path of transformation of the combination of modern scientific achievements and culture. |
