| 摘 要： | 当前,地方本科院校教学管理制度的制定采用的是科层"精英模式",在实施过程中存在着虚空、错位、乏力等失真现象。克服教学管理制度的缺陷,应该变革教学管理制度,确立主体性价值取向,消解科层管理的压力,科学决策,实行制度创新,构建良性的运行机制。
