中美中小企业融资环境比较及借鉴

融资环境中制度为最关键的因素,它为中小企业融资提供了基础,而信用担保体系和风险投资对解决中小企业融资过程中信息不对称的作用不一致,但都受到了制度的影响和制约。通过比较中美中小企业融资环境,找出我国中小企业融资环境存在的困境,借鉴美国发展中小企业融资市场的主要经验,通过健全相关法律体系,发展中小金融机构,完善中小企业担保体系和风险投资体系,创立面向中小企业的资本市场等方式来科学制定改善我国中小企业融资环境的对策。

Comparison and Reference about Financing Environment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of China-USA

In financing environment,the system is the most important factor,which provides the basis for the financing of enterprises.And credit guarantee system and risk investment have inconsistent effect on solving the information asymmetry in the process of small and medium-sized enterprise financing,but all by system influence and constraint.By comparing the financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises of China-USA,difficulties existing in the financing environment of China’s ones are found.By drawing lessons from the main experience of the development of small and medium enterprises financing market of USA,through perfecting related legal system,small and medium-sized financial institutions are developed,the guarantee system for them and risk investment system are perfected,the capital market for them is created to scientificly develop improving countermeasures of China’s financing environment.
