| 摘 要： | 通过调查采访等方法,对参加湖南省2003年大学生排球比赛的运动员进行调查,关于在排球比赛中心理因素对发球的影响进行了探讨研究。研究表明运动员的发球水平和个性心理因素是影响比赛发球的决定性心理因素,其次,各种客观条件的刺激也会对发球有所影响。两者之间是反比例的关系。提高运动员比赛发球水平的途径主要有:提高运动员的发球技术水平;增强灵活冷静的应变能力;提高抗干扰的能力。

| Abstract: | The athletes who participated in the 2003 University Student Volleyball Competition are researched by investigation and interview.The psychological factors which influence the service in the volleybal1 competition are discussed.It is shown that the serveice levels of the athletes and the individuaiity psychological factors are the decisive effective factors.Next,each kind of detachment impersonal factors could affect the results of serveice.The former is inverse proportion to the latter.There are some ways to enhance the service level of the athlete in competition: strengthen the service technical level of the athletes,consolidate the consciousness,and advance the capacity nimble calm emergency,and improve the ability anti-jamming. |
