| 摘 要： | 从分析"科学时代和音乐教育"的内在联系入手,进一步研究了作为整个学校音乐教育持续完整系统中的基础部分的中小学音乐教育的现状、结构、框架、特点以及未来发展趋势,并在此基础上提出了普通高校的音乐教学目标、音乐课程设置、教材、教学法、音乐教学与行政管理、师资队伍建设以及全方位、多层次的高校音乐教育工程等系列问题,全面论述了普通高校音乐教育的发展方向.
