农村环境管理与农民参与

目前我国农村自然生态遭受严重破坏，威胁着农村经济的发展和农民的生存。但现有的环境政策和环境制度建立在工业和城市污染防治的基础上的，对农村环境污染现状和其特点重视不够。因此，我们必须让农民参与到环境管理来，在实践中努力探索一条我国农村环境管理的有效途径。
