| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校面临生存和发展的一系列严峻挑战。为应对这种挑战,这类院校必须高度关注和认真解决自身发展过程中几个重要问题,即具备前瞻性的大学理念,确立合理性的发展目标定位,推进整体性的学科建设,抓好紧迫性的师资队伍建设,构建鲜明性的办学特色。

| Abstract: | Newly-built academies are facing a series of severe challenge on existence and development, So this kind of academy has to show high solicitude for and conscientiously settle several problems during its own development. That is, they must possess prospective academic theory, set up objective orientation of rationalization development, give impetus to integrated construction of courses, seize imminent construction of teachers team, and form distinctive characteristics of running school. |
