| 摘 要： | 语文素养的高低是决定秘书工作成败得失的关键.秘书学专业作为一个专门培养秘书人才的专业,自然不可忽视本专业学生的语文素养教育.教师应该充分认识到语文素养对秘书学专业学生的重要性,转变传统教学观念,树立通识人才观,丰富教学方法,创新课堂教学模式,努力把语文素养训练融汇于专业教学中.

| Abstract: | Chinese literacy is the key of success and failure, gain and loss of secretary work. Secretary specialty as special secretary talent cultivation, students＇ professional language literacy education, can not be ignored. Teachers should be fully aware of the importance of language literacy to the secretary professional students, change traditional teaching ideas, set up the general view of talents, enrich teaching methods, innovate classroom teaching mode, and strive to integrate in the language literacy train- ing into professional teaching. |
